We want to thank and welcome THIA Commercial Member, Sol Haus Design, a design firm based in California. It's led by founder/owner, Vina Lustado. After more than 25 years working in high-end corporate architecture, she decided to focus her career on smaller-scale projects that could make a positive difference.Vina holds an architecture degree from USC and has worked with notable offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Chicago. She has always been drawn to social and environmental causes, volunteering with non-profits to implement green initiatives. Staying true to her core values, Vina completed the design and construction of her Tiny House. Equipped with simple luxuries as a loft skylight and cozy fireplace, Vina has manifested her dream house in 140 square feet.

Vina's home has been featured in countless media publications, books, and national television. She is also a proud recipient of FWN Global 100 Most Influential Filipina Women. Vina has been a featured speaker at Yale University on social entrepreneurship. In 2021, Vina was chosen as the Top 100 Leaders in Real Estate & Construction by WRECONF.
