We are unbelievably excited to welcome this tiny home community to the THIA family! And for so many reasons! Hermosa Orchards Village (located just eight miles north of Durango, Colorado) is a twenty-two-lot community in the stunning Animas River Valley.
If you have dreamed of living tiny but don’t want to feel like you’re in an RV park, this could be the perfect place! The leased lots range in size from 3600 to 6000 square feet to give you room for your dog- or, hey, maybe a hot tub!
