We want to welcome and thank Paul Beckmann with Wind River Tiny Homes, for joining the THIA family as a new commercial member. Wind River Tiny Homes offers shells, turnkey tiny homes, Modular Homes on a foundation, and Skoolie and airstream conversions.
Founded in August of 2014 and located in Chattanooga, TN, Wind River Tiny Homes is a unique, one-of-a-kind hame building experience that stands out from your typical hame construction company. They aim to simplify the lives of our customers by building them a customized home that fits their specific needs and empowers them to live more efficiently and free of clutter.
The build leadership team has a combined experience of over 30 years in creative construction, and the people involved in designing your home are the same masterminds building it. This integrative design/build approach means that they will be there every step of the way, from the first scribble to the final nail, to ensure that your tiny house dreams are realized.
All homes are built using quality materials that look good, are functional, and leave a minimal impact on the environment. Lastly, the most distinguished aspect of Wind River Tiny Homes that sets them apart from most home builders is that their houses are small, very small. Wind River Tiny Homes range from 65 to 800 square feet and the idea is to create an efficient living space for occupants to sleep, cook, bathe, and relax. When you think about it, that’s all you need to live comfortably!

Currently, Wind River Tiny Homes offers NFPA 1192 2018 ED. and ANSI 119.5 2015 ED. certifications through their partnership with Pacific West Associates.
