Summary

A tiny home subdivision may be categorized as either a Major Tiny Home Subdivision or a Minor Tiny Home Subdivision.

  • Major Tiny Home Subdivision. Constitutes a subdivision of land into three (3) or more lots, parcels, tracts, tiers, blocks, sites, units or any other division of land, whether improved or unimproved and includes the establishment of new streets and required infrastructure. Subdivision of land must be in in accordance with Section 17.4.
  • Minor Tiny Home Subdivision. Constitutes a subdivision of land containing not more than three (3) lots abutting upon an existing dedicated street with permanent pavement and other required infrastructure improvements. A minor Subdivision of land must be in in accordance with Section 17.5.
