Cottage housing development (CHD): Planned unit developments comprised of cottage housing residential units, organized in clusters. Cottage housing is a style of small lot/home development designed for single-family dwelling, and is restricted in square footage, density, and architectural standards as defined within Section 904. CHDs are characterized by a shared central open space.

This zoning does NOT permit movable tiny homes.
