David is the founder of NTA and the Director Of Sales. David is the chair of the ICC Off-Site And Modular Construct on Committee ( IS-OSMC).
The Off-Site and Modular Construction Committee (IS OSMC) held its first in-person, public meeting on Nov. 19–20, 2019, in the Chicago, Ill., area to begin the development of two new standards to address the challenges currently faced by the industry and to offer a path for compliance on the regulatory side. The meeting organized workgroups and developed initial drafts of the standards for eventual post ng for init al public input. The committee is made up of representatives from several different interest categories to develop consensus documents for eventual submittal to the American National Standards Institute as American National Standards.

The Modular Building Institute will host the ICC/ANSI 1200 and 1205 Standards Committee meet ng on Wednesday, March 11th from 11:30am-4:30pm and on Thursday, March 12th from 10:30am-1:30pm. The meeting will take place at the Rosen Shlngle Creek Resort in Orlando, Florida in conjunct on with MBI’s World of Modular Annual Conference & Tradeshow.
