Ideal Ridge Ventures has arrived to help us solve our biggest tiny house problem: tiny home parking.

Ideal Ridge Ventures builds tiny home communities, and we’re thrilled to announce that they’ve recently joined us as a THIA commercial member!

This real estate development company’s first tiny home community, Poplar Creek Tiny Home Village, is located in the foothills of the North Carolina mountains. You’ll find it right in the middle of Asheville, Greenville, and Charlotte.

Poplar Creek Tiny Home Village might be Ideal Ridge Ventures’ first tiny home community, but it’s a very promising start! The community fee covers garbage/recycling, community maintenance, sewer, and high-speed internet, and there are a number of great amenities like a dog run, a fire pit, and a community pavilion.
