Summary
Tiny homes on wheels (a dwelling unit of less than 400 square feet) shall be classified as a recreational vehicle and shall meet all standards applicable to recreational vehicles. If the tiny home is occupied for more than 6 months, it shall be classified as a permanent dwelling and shall comply with the lot and front requirements applicable to a residential dwelling unit.
